Hosting Services Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the use of hosting services (“Services”) provided by Surya Osborne and Just SO Media (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.99% uptime for our hosting services, excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and issues caused by third-party software or user misconfiguration. In the event of unscheduled downtime exceeding this threshold, clients may be eligible for service credits.

Account Registration and Security

Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. The security of account credentials is the client’s responsibility, and we shall not be liable for unauthorized access due to client negligence.

Payment and Billing

All payments are due upon issuance of an invoice according to the selected billing cycle. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination. We reserve the right to change our pricing with a minimum of 30 days’ notice.

Acceptable Use Policy

Clients may not use our services to host or distribute illegal content, engage in malicious activities (e.g., hacking, spamming, or phishing), or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.

Data Backup and Responsibility

We perform regular backups; however, clients are responsible for maintaining their own data backups. We are not liable for data loss due to unforeseen circumstances, third-party actions, or user negligence.

Account Termination and Suspension

We require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice for account cancellation. Accounts are automatically rolled over if no notice is given. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if a client violates our policies or engages in activities that threaten service stability. If accounts need to be cancelled after invoices have been issued for the next billig cycle an admin fee of £40 is payable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services in the last three months.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just So Media and Surya Osborne from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the services.

Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service at any time with at least 30 days’ notice to clients. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in the United Kingdom.
